Is Fitgram free?
Yes. The free version includes core meal logging, calorie tracking, macros, water, achievements and streaks. Pro unlocks deeper AI usage, Coach Ola, recipes, exports and goal tracking with a 7-day free trial when available.
How does photo scanning work?
Open Add, choose photo scan, capture the whole plate and review the result on the portion screen. Fitgram asks you to confirm before anything is written to your day.
Why do I see General and Detailed modes?
General mode saves the whole dish as one item. Detailed mode splits the dish into ingredients so you can edit each product and gram amount separately.
Does Fitgram work offline?
Core manual logging, saved foods and many local features can work without internet. AI analysis, online product lookup, account services and subscription status require network access.
How do I change the app language?
Open Profile, Settings, then App language. Fitgram supports Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish, and the change applies immediately inside the app.
How do I cancel Fitgram Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open App Store, tap your profile icon, open Subscriptions, choose Fitgram Pro and cancel there. Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open Profile, Settings, Account, Delete account. You can also contact us at onefitgram@gmail.com.
What should I send with a bug report?
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, what you tapped, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
